The room was basic, close to amenities and had a good location.

The location is right by Howe Park. We liked the fact that we chose windsor motel.

A boat dock was in front of the entrance. A terrace was the best part.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, as it was near the river and just a short walk away from the main shopping center. It was also convenient to have supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport close by. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to assist. The rooms were basic but clean, and the prices were very reasonable. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Although there was one minor issue with the bathroom window, everything else was okay.

Cockroach infested, no cutlery for making coffee and no glasses, towels were threadbare, noise and smoking people in the next room with smoke drifting into mine, hard wired smoke detector not connected, generally dirty room with holes in bedsheets, hole in wall over air conditioner allowing vermin to enter, bathroom not cleaned properly after the first days stay, toilet door damaged and not lockable. Main bed like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. Promised my wife we would not stay at the Windsor Motel again, and will find a better motel elsewhere. We needed to stay at a cheap motel due to high medical bills but never again at this one. Generally a very crappy motel. The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the pub in the corner, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. It made it easy for us to explore the area and find places to eat. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. They were quick to respond to our requests and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the central location and the amenities provided.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few minor issues with cleanliness in the room. However, overall, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable.

Close to where I wanted to go

It was old & dated looks like it used to be the managers rooms & the berooms were separated by a hall & the external door down stairs didnt lock. The blinds & external screens were damaged.

I was in a smoking area and i don't smoke . It was old and out-dated

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - it was near the river and close to the town centre. I loved being able to walk to cafes and a variety of restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service. Secondly, the rooms were equipped with basic amenities and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated that they accommodated my request for tea instead of coffee.

Although there were some minor issues, overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant and I had a good experience.

It was just maintained - and held together. It is the budget end, and very old.

We enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel, being close to the town centre, cafes and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the parking was safe and secure.

The location.

The towels were small and hanging space for 1 towel only. The shower taps were opposite to what was indicated. Cable tv was advertised as available but it wasn'T.
